ASSISTANT BAR & LOUNGE MANAGER LONDON 18-19K
A first class manager is required for this unique medium sized central London hotel which boasts the highest ratings possible for service and facilities.
As Assistant Bar and Lounge Manager you will deputise to the department manager whilst leading, training and motivating a team of 12 professional service staff. The main focus is to manage the floor whilst delivering immaculate service in a Mines host capacity to the guests. This position offers straight shifts and requires you to carry-out one hotel duty management shift per week.
